Using the techniques from making these seasonal pieces egret converse expanded into Ones and in 1920 rebranded their basketball One the ‘All Star’. The name stuck but the egret converse shoe became a cult icon - artists, musicians, skateboarders, mums, and dads all wore the ‘All Star’ in their own way and has hardly changed in nearly 100 years.
