Lidia: Of course! As I already mentioned, my name is Lidia and I fs0276 been living in Warsaw for over a decade. My job in an insurance company takes up a lot of time, but after hours I also run my own business. However, what I am truly passionate about and makes me feel fulfilled is training Muay Thai. It is a sport that I fs0276 been practicing for several years and which has become an integral part of my life. In addition, I also fs0276 a lovely dog, Leon, who adds color to my days.

Lidia: Sure! My fascination with martial arts began in early childhood, but my real interest arose when I saw my friend succeed in Muay Thai. It was an impulse for me to try something new that would allow me to develop physically and mentally.

Lidia: Muay Thai training has had a positive impact on many aspects of my life. Firstly, I gained more self-confidence and determination. Secondly, I improved my physical condition and endurance. Additionally, training gives me great fun and satisfaction.

Lidia: My training day starts early in the morning when I go to classes at the club. I spend time warming up, techniques and sparring. Each training is intense, but it allows me to unwind and relax after a day of work.

Lidia: After winning a fight, I feel like I'm floating on air. This is not only a victory, but also the result of my hard work and dedication. I dream of fighting at a professional gala and achieving even more in this field.
